Recepies

Celery Juice

Ingredients:

  • 10 stalks of organic celery
  • 1 cup water
  • blender/ juicer
  • Cheese cloth
  • ice chips

Instructions:

  • Carefully wash celery stalks. Make sure to remove any pieces of dirt and grime.
  • Slice celery stalks approximately 1 inch.
  • Add 1 cup of water to blender/ juicer.
  • Place the chopped celery into blender/ juicer and mix to a smoothie consistency.
  • Remove mixture and place in cheese cloth/ stainer.
  • Strain juice into cup. Add ice chips. Enjoy!
