Recepies
Celery Juice
Ingredients:
- 10 stalks of organic celery
- 1 cup water
- blender/ juicer
- Cheese cloth
- ice chips
Instructions:
- Carefully wash celery stalks. Make sure to remove any pieces of dirt and grime.
- Slice celery stalks approximately 1 inch.
- Add 1 cup of water to blender/ juicer.
- Place the chopped celery into blender/ juicer and mix to a smoothie consistency.
- Remove mixture and place in cheese cloth/ stainer.
- Strain juice into cup. Add ice chips. Enjoy!
